Daphne beamed at him and then snuggled against them as the cab rolled toward their destination, head tilted toward him so she could watch his face. "We can shop for you, too. It's not all about me," she promised, filled with a happiness she couldn't even describe. This was all just so...perfect, and she was glad she was sharing it with this particular boy.
