He didn't last much longer than her. No sooner had her body start to shudder and he finally gave in on a long groan against her throat so she'd feel the vibration of it. His body continued to shudder as his higher brain functions returned. He knew he should get up, clean them both off, but he wasn't ready to let go of her just yet.

So he used his sheet to clear away the mess, pulled her in to spoon in front of him, and kissed her shoulder.
